I've got news!!

Some of you might wonder why I made the post on cancer two days ago, this might come a bit as a shock but I've got some bit of a not so good news to share. I think after sharing this I urge all my Naija children to get themselves screened as soon as they can, its absolutely free and pain free.

This is the news....i lost my beloved mother! she died of cancer. It was diagnosed late and nothing much could be done than to ease her pains till death took her away. She was buried almost immediately and on getting back to base Naija mom was relieved of her job. Well, what worse can life throw at me? When you work at the private sector expect such attitude, I properly applied for a casual leave and maybe I was wrong I didnt get an approval before getting away to get my mother buried.

All hope isn't lost‎, I am gradually pulling through my losses and with my kids, DH and my wonderful kids here I'm sure its gonna be well.
Now you all have the clear picture of why Naija mom was away for awhile...lol‎

"When you feel all your life lines are gone ‎ be sure God almighty is elevating you to another level"

Have a wonderful day ‎!

  2. A motto i've learnt to conscious live by even when tis not as easy is that, when things don't seem to fall in place even though He has assured us "the lines have fallen for us in pleasant places." we should be confident because it only means "...God almighty is elevating you..."

What we should ensure in these times is to be present minded paying attention to the seeming 'little' things so, we are fully prepared and ready for the next level.

  11. Hmmm that's life and death...we can't leave this world without death attaching something to it. Its either after a brief illness, terminal sickness, cancer, accident, shooting or any other means.

But its my belief that, it was her time...and one thing must kill a man. Though, its so very important to embark on productive medical or physical check to detect early cancer.

Am really sorry for the lost of your dear mum....Pls accept my condolences dear.

See: You may not be successful if you do any of these things on life

  12. Sorry about your loss. One thing I know for sure is that every disappointment is a blessing. I left willingly but I contemplated going back cos they called but I made up my mind once and for all. With time you'll be glad they let you go because you will move up better on your own. They took the job but they are not the air you breathe so you really don't need them. Best wishes

  13. May her soul rest in peace! Better things will come. Surely you were entitled to bereavement leave? What excuse did your company give for relieving you of your duties?
