Another vent yet again....ugh!

This is yet another vent from the stables of "A naija mom's diary". I am very angry for real at this particular GSM network provider who prides themselves with the green color, yes! I mean the glo network in Nigeria.
How could they charge me N1000 for a paltry 200MB on my blackberry device? To make the situation even worse this 200MB didn't even last a week, barely 3days and I was sent a notification I was left with 7mb.  I cursed them silently so my kids won't learn the swear words from me...lol.

This was how I got myself into this "one chance" ‎subscription on the glo network.
I usually get an unbelievable 3072MB with N1000 on my blackberry device(10series precisely), suddenly the Sms procedure I used for subscription no longer worked.

After lamenting to my sister on the "one chance" I entered,‎ she pointed it out to me the code for 3072MB for the rate of N1000  had been changed but didn't reflect on Glo website and google search won't return positive answers to this effect.  She further gave me the code which I loaded and tested immediately and to God be the glory I got my 3072MB and a whooping N2000 free credit *dancing  bata now*

Trust me, i'll share it with those interested; but note it works only on the 10series(Q5, Q10,Z10, Z30, passport and so on). After loading N1000 airtime on your glo sim input and dial this code--- *777*21# and you will get 3072MB for a 30days validity period.  To check your balance is : *777*0#.

I have already used out of it before taking ‎a screen shot, believe me it's a complete 3072MB...lol. Lastly, if you dial *200# Before loading your N1000 airtime you will get free N2000 airtime.

  6. Thanks for this...but am not gonna use glo. It remains the only network provider in Nigeria I don't have its sim card. I won't do it until when one gb is equal to one naira with 10G network.

  8. *covers mouth*

So the free N2000 doesn't disable the initial N1000? I've been too scared to try it lest they wipe it into another account. It's all good tho. Thank you so much for sharing.
